Information you send us

The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the support you need and your message. The careers introduction form also allows a portfolio link and asks about your discipline. Please avoid sending passwords, financial information or sensitive documents.

How enquiries are handled

Submissions are stored privately in our WordPress enquiry area and sent to the Storylev business mailbox so the team can review and respond. Basic security and anti-spam checks help protect these forms. Information relevant to a project may also be used to discuss its scope, plan delivery and maintain the associated business correspondence.

Hosting and analytics

The website and business email use Hostinger services. Google Analytics is used to understand website visits and interactions, such as contact-link clicks. Hosting and analytics services may process technical information such as browser, device and network information under their own service arrangements. Your browser may offer controls to restrict cookies and tracking.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and client websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Email and WhatsApp contact options use the service you select. Information you submit to another service is handled by that service.

Questions about your information

To ask about an enquiry, request a correction or discuss removal of information, email info@review.storylev.com with enough detail for us to locate it. Please do not include account passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial message.
